Return & Exchange Policy

At Dezrun, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

• Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Return delivery fees must be covered by the customer.

Exchanges

• We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery (subject to availability).

• For a different style or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

• Exchange delivery fees must be covered by the customer.

Faulty Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with images and a brief description. We’ll make it right.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
